A good overall experience

spacious suite chef-crafted pastries missing upgrade bothering employee
The suite was fine and very spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows revealed a panorama of Lion's Head. A plate of chef-crafted pastries was waiting for me. It was an unexpected delight.
I noticed that a promised upgrade was not provided. I also found employees to be bothering me despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door.
